Reunion

Hey Everybody:
Some information on the upcoming reunion. For all those on facebook please go to Billy's facebook page. We need a definite YES or NO answer from EVERYBODY on wheather or not you will attend. The dates are Thursday July 30 - Sunday August 2. We hope you all will come but we need to know who will be there to make some plans. Thanks and I will see you in Texas!

I recommend that noone buy plane tickets for the reunion until we have some people to commit to coming. As I understand, Miles and Natalie are heading it up. I suggest you have a tentative commitment such as: "I will come as long as at least 10 people plan to come". Then once you have got ten people that have said this, you can commit. what do you think? the Reunion

The information that I got from Natalie on the invite said that the reunion would be Thursday, July 30 - Sunday, August 2.

We certainly need some more details though. Billy, are you doing summer theatre this summer? Yes What show? THE GREAT SANTA CLAUS BANK ROBBERY. I'm assuming it ends before the dates they picked for the reunion, right? Right!

For the economically disadvantaged among us, will there be some lakehouse accomodations available? We are not planning on that, but plan to use the lakehouse for gathering. We recommend a hotel for sleeping. Should those who have significant others or kids bring them along too? Thus the hotel. Should we stop by Brookshires on the way out to the lake and load up on meat for the smoker? Yes. Will Nate be making a run to the Beer Barn in Ranger or to the one in Brownwood? Yes.

Thanks for your email. Yes, bring Adrienne!
Also, it will be incredibly hot down here. We will spend most of out time at the lake.
You need: water shoes, sunscreen, bug repellent, and maybe a bug sting product.
I will have tire inner tubes for floating, but if you have a favorite floaty, you can deflate it and bring it.
I don’t think they allow you to wear water wings on the plane.

Who's On First, and What's On Second?

So i've emailed the kids organizing, and they haven't sent back anything, so I figured I'd check with you. Where should we stay in Cisco? Is there a hotel put aside for us? Should I fly into Abilene and then rent a car and drive over? I know nothing of Texas, so I'm at your mercy for information. I hope all is going well with you!Loves, Adrienne

Hi Adrienne, The organizers haven't been in touch with me lately.There is a hotel listed at: http://www.bigcountrydinnertheatre.com/I think it would be the best place to stay. Abilene is about 45 minutes from Cisco. DWF and Love Field are about 3 hours from Cisco.I am posting this message on the blog to try and generated some discussion on all of this. I'm not even sure of the dates, as I didn't get one of the elusive notices. I think Miles and Natalie are the planners.
